A £20 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable.
You may choose to pay the remaining balance in cash at the appointment, or pay in full by card at checkout.
Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations result in loss of deposit.

Where are you based?
In-call appointments take place at a private treatment room in Harlow, Essex. The full address is provided after your booking is confirmed.
Do you offer mobile massage?
Yes – mobile massage is available across Harlow and surrounding areas. I bring the massage table and oils; you provide the towels and a suitable space.
What do I need to prepare for a mobile massage?
Please have the following ready:
• 3 large towels (to cover the table and for draping)
• 1 small towel (for the face cradle or head support)
• A quiet, clean space large enough to set up a massage table (about 2×2 metres)
Is there a travel fee for mobile appointments?
A small travel fee may apply depending on your location. This will be confirmed when you book.
How do I pay?
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment (paid by bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid in cash or card/ bank transfer on the day.
What’s your cancellation policy?
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• For same-day cancellations, the full payment is forfeited.
What should I wear?
Just wear something comfortable. You’ll be professionally draped throughout your treatment — only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Are shower facilities available?
Shower use is not available, so please arrive clean and ready for your session.
